Apparently the APBA( Austrailan) will award 400KMH and 500KMH badges from this point on. This means that anyone(only one person) who has excceded that mark in the past will not recieve one......and "If" it is passed tomorrow that person will get badge #1.
As I had mentioned to somebody within the APBA, this is a polite way of saying Ken Warby can't have one.
The APBA should be embarssed.
